It is known that the United States Military is currently having many problems reaching its recruiting goal. Some of this is due to the lack of volunteers, knowing the United States is currently involved in conflicts overseas, while some of this is due to the lack of today's youth that are physically and mentally prepared for the rigors of service and the training that precedes it, many failing the requirements for service before even shipping off to basic training. The United States Military is very demanding physically and requires that all its members possess a higher level of self-discipline and maturity. The USMTC is an organization that not only aids today's youth in maintaining a higher level of physical fitness, but also helps build self-discipline, maturity, and self-confidence. USMTC also participates in assisting government agencies in dealing with local emergencies, augmenting the National Guard in areas such as Search and Rescue, Low Level Security for Air Shows and related events, and Disaster Response. USMTC provides training for members to participate and actively assist in just about any situation. USMTC members desiring to serve in the United States Military will be one step ahead of the rest, already having knowledge of Drill and Ceremonies, Rank Structure, and a higher level of discipline than the other recruits. This will allow the member's faster promotion and more leadership positions earlier in their time of service. As well as aiding in the physical and mental aspects of military service, USMTC also focuses on schooling and knowledge advancement. USMTC members are required to meet high standards to maintain membership, as outlined in the USMTC Requirements page, ensuring they keep open doors for career futures and allowing more of today's youth to graduate with higher scores in the valuable skills needed for a beneficial career, whatever that career may be. |
